Each product we offer comes with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty that begins from the order date (the warranty period begins the day you receive the product, not when you start to use it). You must retain your receipt for service. Contact our customer service department at customerservice@techniart.com to start a claim.
Following the one-year period, if the product is still covered by applicable manufacturer’s warranty, we reserve the right to redirect you to the manufacturer. The manufacturer’s customer service policies will take precedence over our policies. Please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty instructions. If you are unhappy with the service you receive from the manufacturer, our customer service department can assist.
If you have a product that you wish to return for reasons other than a broken or defective product, please contact our customer service department by email at customerservice@techniart.com. We offer two options for refund pending the circumstance.
TechniArt will accept returns for products purchased up to 30 days from the date of receipt. It is up to you to package your return in a way so it will safely arrive back to us. You may want to insure the product you are returning with the shipping company. You are responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning the product.
After contacting TechniArt’s customer service department, pack your return carefully, and ship it to the address below. Returns sent COD will not be accepted.
